About TPR

Unlike most pool professionals, Technical Pool Repair does not clean pools.  We spend 100% of our time doing repair and replacement work.  This means that we have more equipment repair experience than does the average pool service person who spends 90% of his time cleaning.  Whereas your average pool man might repair a few heaters a month, we repair a few heaters a day.   As a repair-only company we are able to stock more parts on our service truck and complete more repairs in a single trip.

In 2008, Technical Pool Repair celebrated 10 years of serving the Inland Empire of Southern California.  Before opening Technical Pool Repair, owner, Clint Combs, worked as a manager of a retail pool store in the mid-west, a pool route supervisor, and a service technician.  All together he has 19 years experience in the pool and spa industry.  Clint is widely respected by his colleagues who often call him for advice.  Clint is an active member of the United Pool Association, and regularly participates in training programs.  In addition, Clint has taken a number of college courses in electronics, engineering and business.  He has earned both an a BA, MA, and is currently a PhD candidate.
